Jason S. Marks was born on February 8, 1976 in Highland Park, Illinois. He was admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois in 2001 after graduating with honors from the DePaul University College of Law. He was also admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois in 2003. He received his undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Iowa in 1998 where he graduated with honors and high distinction.
Jason joined the firm of Sullivan, Smith, Hauser & Noonan, Ltd. in 2002 as an associate and became a partner in February of 2007. Jason concentrates his practice in the area of Plaintiff's civil litigation including personal/bodily injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, products liability, consumer fraud and workers compensation matters. A substantial portion of his practice is also focused on contract and commercial litigation.
Jason is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Lake County Bar Association.
